DESCRIPTION This five-day course is for Aviation Safety Inspectors (manufacturing and airworthiness) who certify and perform quality assurance audits or surveillance of NDT facilities/operators; structural and engine certification engineers, who require knowledge of modern NDT techniques, may also attend. The course provides training in major NDT methods and requirements for facilities and operators to establish NDT functions. Subjects include: NDT methods and techniques; certification of facilities and operators; NDT audit requirements; and surveillance techniques.
