    How can I get the most from eLearning experience?

  • To help avoid interruptions at your desk; post an "In Training" note at your cubicle or office door
  • Take course pre-assessments to pinpoint subject areas to focus on, and skip material you already know
  • Use the reference materials and job aids that supplement each course lengths are typically

    So many courses to choose from ... Where do I start?
    Take a course to develop skills needed in your current position. Ask your supervisor for guidance as to which courses to take to help improve your skills.
