Online Catalog

The Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center Library is creating an online version of its card catalog using a program called Cybertools for Libraries.  Access to the catalog is available from the link below.   The catalog contains bibliographic entries for over 12,000 volumes in the library's book collection.  It also contains bibliographic entries for over 15,000 technical reports, FAA Directives and FAA Advisory Circulars.    It does not contain full-text documents.  Some of the records for FAA publications include a link to an online version of the document.

Acquiring Copies of FAA Publications

Many Federal Aviation Administration publications are for sale through the U.S. Government Printing Office.  FAA research reports are for sale through the National Technical Information Service.

Many FAA publications are also now available in full text on FAA webpages.  Examples of websites that contain a variety of FAA documents in full text include:

• Air Traffic Publications Library
• Regulatory and Guidance Library

To locate specific publications on FAA webpages use the "search" and "quick find" functions on the FAA home page.
